Every trip planning experience starts with a complimentary video call or in-person meeting. We get to know each other and decide if we are a good fit. We discuss destination, length, pace, style, experiences, and overall budget.

After your confirmation to move forward, we’ll outline a couple of options—a few broad strokes of a possible trip. We’ll then meet again to discuss which direction feels most aligned with your vision.
Draft Itinerary
We’ll dive into crafting a detailed itinerary and come back to you with a draft lookbook that includes all accommodations and experiences. We’ll then reconnect to gather your feedback and tweak or finalize it.
Final Itinerary
We continue to stay in touch as we nail down all the logistics. 30 days prior to your departure, we’ll review together all the arrangements and meet again for a final touch-base.
During the Trip
We remain vigilant behind the scene, in constant communication with our guides, colleagues and partners on the ground while you enjoy your trip. Worry not, you’ll also have a chat available to communicate with us in case of any needs.
After the Trip
We reconnect and review the experience!

To develop a customized itinerary, we charge a flat deposit of US $1,200 that goes toward the cost of your final trip.
Budget
Regardless of the destination of your choice, you can estimate a customized trip to start around US $800/day per adult.
PAYMENT
We take care of paying all the accommodations, drivers, guides, and experiences for you. Typically, your payment to us is a single amount or two transactions – depending on the timeline.
